First prepare the sauce with 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 glass of  mineral water, 1 glass of milk and 2 eggs. The puff pastry devide into 5 pieces and smear each layer with using a kitchen brush with sauce. (Note: For the first layer, please use only a little sauce!) After each layer was smeared, put little filling on it, carefully roll on the puff pastry and place the role in a baking sheet. Repeat the process until the sheet is full. Finally, give the remaining sauce evenly on it and baking at 180 ° C-200 ° C (30-40 min.) until golden brown. Before serving let it rest 5-10 min. and cut into small pieces as desired. Enjoy lukewarm!
