Method:

Place sheep’s cheese, sautéed minced meat or vegetables on the broad side of the triangular puff pastry dough and then roll inwards. Heat oil in a pan and fry the filled pastry rolls lightly for approx. 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown. Alternatively brush the pastry rolls with egg yolk and bake them in an oven at 220 degrees centigrade until golden brown.
